Area, panel count, roll format, module direction or the best current estimate.

Destination, exposure, viewing distance, adjoining materials, interface and project stage.
Response needed
Initial review, missing-information check, sample discussion or quotation preparation.

No. State what is confirmed, what is estimated and what still needs a project decision.
Which drawing revision should I send?
Send the latest revision. Clearly label older files that are included only as reference.
How do I send a larger package?
Add a secure download link in the notes. Direct attachments are limited to three files and 3 MB combined.
Does submission create an order commitment?
Scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, timing and delivery conditions are confirmed through the project quotation and accepted order documents.
