How We Execute ยท Stage 03

Material
Verification

"We verify. We do not assume."

Material certificates are obtained and matched to the project specification before production begins. Wire diameter, alloy composition, and surface condition are independently verified โ€” not accepted on supplier declaration alone.

What We Do โ€” Stage 03

Four things that happen
at this stage.

Every action at this stage is documented. Nothing proceeds on verbal instruction alone.

01
Obtain mill certificates per batch
A material test certificate is obtained from the material supplier for each batch entering production. The certificate specifies alloy composition, mechanical properties, and surface condition.
02
Verify against project specification
The certificate data is cross-checked against the project's specified material grade, wire diameter tolerance, and surface requirement.
03
Inspect incoming material physically
Wire diameter is measured on incoming stock. Material exhibiting surface defects, incorrect dimension, or incorrect finish is rejected before it enters the production line.
04
File certificates against the project record
All material certificates are filed as part of the project documentation and are available to the client on request.
Input to this stage
Approved sample specification + material grade requirement from drawing review

Output from this stage
Verified material certificates + incoming inspection record + approved production stock
Non-Negotiable Rules

What we will not
compromise on.

These rules are not preferences. They are fixed operating standards. They exist because the cost of bypassing them โ€” in rework, in project failure, in client trust โ€” always exceeds the short-term convenience of bypassing them.

No production from unverified material
Material that lacks a valid certificate or fails the incoming inspection does not enter production.
Certificates are original โ€” not copies of copies
We obtain certificates directly from the mill or first-tier supplier. Re-issued or re-labelled certificates are not accepted.
Rejection is documented
Any rejected material is logged with rejection reason. The record is retained.
Evidence Available

What documentation
exists for this stage.

These records are available on request. Trust is built on documentation, not on declarations.
