Metal mesh for precision interior applications โ elevator cab cladding panels, feature wall inserts, and furniture joinery integration. Fine wire, tight tolerances, coordinated from shop drawings. Every panel dimension confirmed before manufacture.
Fine woven stainless mesh panels bonded to rigid backing or clipped to cab wall substrate. Panel layout coordinated with cab shop drawings โ lighting, control panel, handrail, and return corner positions confirmed before panel manufacture. Electrolytic polish standard for elevator applications.
Backlit or ambient mesh ceiling panels within elevator cab. Panel frame integrated with cab ceiling structure. Lighting specification (if any) coordinated before panel dimensions are fixed. Fine mesh for refined diffuse light quality at close viewing distance.
Metal mesh as a feature panel insert in a wall composition โ set within a routed recess, framed aperture, or full-height feature zone. Panel dimensions from shop drawings. Brass and copper grades for warm interior colour. PVD stainless for contemporary specifications.
Large-format mesh panel compositions for reception and lobby walls โ spanning multiple panels with consistent mesh across joints. Panel layout drawing produced before manufacture to confirm joint positions and fixing grid. SGS certification available for specification packages.
Metal mesh insert panels for furniture and joinery โ cabinet door infill, bookcase backing, room divider furniture. Panel recess and retention method defined from joinery shop drawings. Fine mesh (0.8โ1.2mm wire) for close-viewing furniture applications.
Mesh panels for bar back displays, wine storage surrounds, and hospitality feature furniture. Brass and copper for warm premium aesthetic. Specified from shop drawings in coordination with the FF&E designer or joinery contractor.
Interior mesh applications โ particularly elevator cab panels and joinery inserts โ have tight dimensional tolerances. A panel that is 3mm too wide will not fit the recess. A panel with the wrong edge treatment will not bond correctly to the substrate.
JBL Metal manufactures interior mesh panels from shop drawings โ not from approximate dimensions supplied verbally. Every dimension is confirmed from the drawing before the panel is cut. This is the reason interior panels fit on the first installation attempt.
Submit the joinery or elevator cab shop drawing with all recess dimensions, substrate type, edge treatment, and fixing method noted. JBL Metal extracts the panel dimensions from the drawing โ no verbal confirmation of dimensions is accepted.
Interior mesh panel dimensions are held to ยฑ1mm tolerance on length and width. Where the recess tolerance is tighter than ยฑ1mm, this must be noted in the drawing โ alternative edge treatment or frame approach will be specified.
For multi-panel interior projects, a first-off panel sample is manufactured and approved before full production proceeds. Approval is in writing. The approved sample is the production reference โ subsequent panels are manufactured to the same specification.
Submit elevator cab, joinery, or feature wall shop drawings. We will confirm panel dimensions, edge treatment, material grade, and surface finish in writing within 6 business hours โ ready for production scheduling. No assumptions. Every dimension from the drawing.
