Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JBL Metal website (www.jblmetal.com) and any business transactions with Jin Bei Li Metal (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products & Specifications

All products supplied by JBL Metal are manufactured to order based on approved drawings and specifications. We reserve the right to:

• Request technical drawings before confirming any order
• Recommend alternative specifications based on engineering assessment
• Decline orders that do not meet minimum order quantities (MOQ)
• Adjust specifications within industry tolerance standards without prior notice

Product images and descriptions on this website are for reference only. Actual products may vary in finish, texture, and appearance depending on material batch and production conditions.

Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Quotations are based on materials costs at the time of quoting and may be subject to adjustment for orders placed after the validity period
• FOB Suzhou, China is our standard delivery term unless otherwise negotiated
• Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the buyer's responsibility

Payment Terms

• Standard payment: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment
• Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted for orders above USD 50,000
• All bank transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility
• Orders will not proceed to production until deposit payment is confirmed
• Overdue payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

Samples

• Standard samples (up to 200mm × 200mm) are available upon request
• Sample shipping costs are charged to the buyer
• Custom samples outside standard specifications may incur a sample fee
• Sample approval must be confirmed in writing before production commences
• Production will match approved samples within industry tolerance standards

Delivery & Lead Times

• Standard lead time: 15–25 business days after deposit and drawing approval
• Rush orders may be accommodated subject to production capacity and additional charges
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; JBL Metal is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or shipping disruptions
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier

Quality & Claims

JBL Metal products are manufactured under controlled quality procedures. In the event of a quality claim:

• Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of goods receipt
• Photographic evidence and measurement records must be provided
• Claims will be assessed against approved sample and agreed specifications
• Remedies may include replacement, credit, or refund at JBL Metal's discretion
• Modifications made to products after delivery void all quality claims

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, technical drawings, and design specifications is the property of Jin Bei Li Metal (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited. Technical drawings and specifications submitted by buyers remain the property of the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

JBL Metal's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profit, loss of project, or installation costs arising from product defects or delivery delays.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from transactions with JBL Metal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, or resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
