Structural interface must be confirmed before production
Framing dimensions, fixing point locations, clearance tolerances, and panel-to-panel joint gaps are all extracted from the OEM or structural drawings before any fabrication begins.
Flatness is a production specification
Panel flatness tolerances are set at drawing confirmation stage. Post-weld distortion and thermal effects are managed in production โ€” not corrected on site.
Frame material and mesh material are specified independently
The frame and the mesh infill carry different environmental and load requirements. Material selection for each component is made independently based on the application.
